Retail Property owned by family trust
Pete is a trustworthy broker with the highest level of integrity! My family trust owns a retail property which we considered selling to cover unexpected expenditures. I needed help and was resigned to the fact that I was forced to sell. Pete reviewed the lease, terms of the agreement, competing properties, alternate investment opportunities and explained the pros and cons of my request. He compared the rates of return on my property to others, considered the cash flow I was receiving, “what if” scenarios and provided the best analysis I had ever seen.
