Tejune Kang specializes in assisting investors with commercial real estate investment properties including retail and multi unit. He is actively engaged in many phases of investment projects, from fund raising, overseeing the due diligence and overall project management, to generating financial projections, including pro-formas, balance sheets, cash flow analysis, and other financial models.

Professional Experience
Tejune has managed many transactions worth approximately $12 million, as a principal investor as well as a representative for other investors. His investments have provided him valuable knowledge of residential rehabilitation, tenant improvement and pre-foreclosure. Furthermore, he has completed courses recognized by the National Association of Realtors, the CCIM Institute, the California Mortgage Bankers Association, and has obtained the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member). He is also currently a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and a candidate for certification with ULI.
