Teresa Moss Fluegel serves as Senior Vice President of Chicago Deferred Exchange Company (CDEC), the nation’s premier provider of IRC Section 1031 Like-Kind Exchange services. She is responsible for providing trust and consulting services to attorneys, accountants, and real estate and tax professionals on the West Coast.

Teresa brings almost a decade of exchange expertise and is a frequent instructor of accredited courses to real estate and tax professionals. An expert in navigating reverse parking and built-to-suit exchanges, Teresa has spoken leading trade organizations such as The CCIM Institute and CREW, in addition to escrow associations, national commercial brokerage firms as well as numerous prominent law firms.
Prior to joining CDEC, Ms. Moss spent ten years in management at Chicago Title Insurance Company. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for CCIM in Northern California and is an active member of CREW – Commercial Real Estate Women and FEA – Federation of Exchange Accommodators.
