hello I need some information
we have been trying to sell our two home’s on one lot in Berkely CA. for the last year. The home are paid for it belongs to my brother and my self. He is in his 70′s and I am in my late 60′s We are thinking about renting them out but are very worried about Berkeley laws and renters. not sure if we should just let them set or to rent. Like to find someone that could explain to us the best way to go.
