A great article by Anthony M. Graziano found in the Commercial Investment Real Estate magazine (Jul/Aug issue) points to opportunities that exist even in today’s sluggish market. The article points to four fear factors which are holding up the trading of real estate “general economic malaise, investors’ wait-and-see attitude, lack of available capital, and buyer-seller price disconnect.”

The article spells out the reasons for each of these conditions and goes on to offer some positive outlook and key opportunities within the asset classes of multifamily/class A apartments and industrial/warehouses.
