This was a great discussion. I learned so much about the Silicon Valley and now understand why South Bay properties continue to be priced around 5% cap rates and still sell! As a Contra County expert it opened my eyes to the voracious demand of the south bay and the high barriers to entry. Very strong market with HUGE potential for continued demand.
