Business coach Paul Kingsman (www.PaulKingsman.com) was our mentoring speaker and certainly left a memorable impression on the minds of those present. His message was that great rewards do not come easily or quickly and gave inspirational notes to stay on course and avoid distractions. Paul Kingsman should know, he spent 13 years training for a two minute race and took his spot on the winner’s podium by beating his competitor by four one hundreths of a second!

This month’s guest speaker was Dan Lieberman of Horizon Management Group (www.renthorizon.com ). Dan spoke of his successes as a Real Estate investor and how he finds value add opportunities and actually creates that value. The audience was captivated by Dan’s presentation as we learned of his awarding winning Kensington apartments in Oakland, CA. Dan certainly has an eye for value add opportunities, his before and after pictures said it all!
