Pete Chrzaszcz, CCIM, (pronounced “Shunz”) is the Broker and Founder of Commercial MasterMinds. Pete has been a licensed real estate broker since 1993.

Since the beginning of Commercial MasterMinds, Pete has advised hundreds of clients in their real estate investment decisions. By consulting with Pete, these investors utilized objective data to uncover a better understanding for the future. Through prioritization, investors focused on their most important variables and established a clear path to meet measurable results.

Prior to founding Commercial MasterMinds, Pete served as an advisor for Sperry Van Ness specializing in the sale of multifamily property in Northern California. His office team closed over 19,500 apartment units at a value of over $1 billion. Before joining Sperry Van Ness, he served as a loan officer for Princeton Silverado Mortgage Group overseeing the funding of “B” and “C” paper loans. During his tenure, he earned the Superior Loan Originator and Salesperson of the Month awards.

Previously, Pete served as a first officer and instructor for Northwest Airlines. He earned the Distinguished Instructor Pilot award and logged over 11,000 total flying hours. An Air Force veteran of Desert Shield and Operation Iraqi Freedom, his military decorations include the Air Medal for flights in hazardous areas and the Air Force Achievement Medal.

Pete is a participant in the Northern California Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Chapter, the California Apartment Association and the Urban Land Institute.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering from Boston University, and he is fluent in English and Polish.
